Shipping:

-We strive to ensure quick delivery to our customers. Typically, orders are dispatched within 24-48 hours.

-On average, it takes 3-5 days for your order to be delivered to any location within pan India.

-Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS. You can also track your order by logging into your account and visiting the "My Orders" section.

Returns:

-We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations. If you wish to return a product, you can do so within 2 days of receiving it.

-To initiate a return, simply go to the "My Orders" section and click on "Return My Product".

-Once the return request is received, our team will arrange for the pickup of the product from your location.

-After the product is picked up and undergoes quality checks, the refund will be credited to your wallet.

-The refunded amount in your wallet can be used for future purchases on our website.

-Typically, this entire process of return and refund takes around 7-10 days.

- A Return/ Exchange charge of Rs.200 is applicable on your order.
