At OWR, we understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations or requirements, and you may need to return or exchange it. To ensure that our community continues to enjoy the highest quality standards and convenience, we have established a comprehensive return and exchange policy. Please carefully read through the details below to familiarize yourself with our procedures.
Initiation Window
You can initiate an exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order. This prompt timeframe helps ensure that all exchanges are handled efficiently and in a timely manner.
How to Initiate an Exchange
To begin the exchange process, simply log in to your account on our website:
- 1) Navigate to the ‘My Orders’ section under the ‘My Account’ page.
- 2) Locate the order you wish to exchange and click on the return option.
Tote Bags Policy
Please note that tote bags are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects. For defect-related concerns, follow the steps outlined below:
Defect Procedure
In the rare event that your tote bag has a manufacturing defect, please provide:
- 1) A video showing the unboxing of the package.
- 2) The video should clearly display the invoice, the opening process, and the defective item.
This evidence helps us validate the claim and expedite the exchange or refund process for defective items.
Quality Check & Charges
All returned or exchanged items must pass through a rigorous quality check process to ensure they meet our hygiene and quality standards.
- 1) Hygiene Standards: Each item will undergo a thorough inspection by our team to ensure it has not been used or damaged.
- 2) Approval Process: The exchange will be approved or declined based on the quality check results.
If the item passes the inspection, the exchange will proceed. Please note that an exchange fee of INR 200/- will be applied for each exchange.
Conditions for Non-Acceptance
OWR reserves the right to refuse exchanges under the following conditions:
- 1) The product shows signs of use.
- 2) The product is damaged or altered from its original condition.
Refund Processing
In cases where a return is necessary (limited to size or product exchanges), once the item passes our quality check, we will process the refund within 2 business days. Please note that refunds will be credited to your OWR Wallet only and cannot be transferred to a bank account or processed in cash.
Return Limits
- 1) Returns and exchanges are limited to size changes or product swaps only.
- 2) Each item can only be returned or exchanged once.
- 3) Cash refunds or bank transfers are not available.
